Processing time:

All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed to ensure a fast and efficient service.

Domestic delivery:

For local deliveries we offer a fast and reliable shipping service. Expect a delivery time of 2 to 3 working days, either via GLS or DPD.

International orders within the EU:

For our EU customers, international orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days.

Stock availability:

In contrast to dropshipping, all of our products are in stock in our warehouse in Hanover. This ensures that we have control over the quality and availability of our products.

Right of withdrawal

returns

Our policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygienic goods, hazardous substances or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your order to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable).

Books with clear signs of wear

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original payment method within a specified period of time.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After receiving the returned goods, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will notify you of your return.

You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
